Right before Alex and I got married, I began to struggle with my health. I didn't realize that it would be the beginning of a VERY long journey. Over the next 5-6 years, I fought depression, hormone imbalances, exhaustion, weight gain, and SO much more. It was HARD.
In the middle of it all, we added two (cute!) babies to our family! Alex was working 80+ hours a week to pay off hospital bills, and I was trying to run a business, raise babies, and mostly just stay afloat. In reality, it felt like I was barely keeping my head above water.
At the end of 2015, I was DONE. I was beyond done, in fact. 😣 I would fall apart at the drop of a hat, and adding anything to my schedule made me feel like I was drowning.
By the grace of God, right around that same time I began seeing this hashtag pop up ALL over Instagram:

I was SO curious. What would it look like for me to slow down? I began a journey towards Slow Living (which you can take here, if you would like to!).
Little did I realize that the my journey towards healing would completely change the course my life. As I saw healing and growth take over my life, I began to realize just how much I wanted to live on purpose. How much time I had been wasting, just wishing I could live my dream life. 💔
I've been learning how to live on purpose for over three years now. It's messy and wonderful and practical. And as I've learned how to find purpose and intention every day, I realized that God was putting a new dream on my heart:
To teach other women how to live on purpose.
I want to share everything I've learned so far. Teach women how to view their present, past, and future... so they can put those big dreams into really practical plans. I want to show others how to live on purpose, right in the middle of the mess of real life.
And that leads me to a REALLY exciting announcement. 🙊
I'm teaching an online course! It's called "Your Life on Purpose," and you'll learn how to live on purpose in 4 steps:
I am so excited about this!!! I can't wait to share more about this course with you. Since I've got a month before the course is available.... I would love your feedback to help create an amazing, purposeful experience!
What things get in your way when it comes to living on purpose?
