I promise: It’s not out of reach.
Even if you feel like a Hot Mess or a failure. Even if your house or your life is a total disaster. You’re not a failure just because you haven’t been consistent (yet)!
And if all this sounds like an impossible fairy tale... It's Not.
You can LEARN to be Consistent.
See, it's easy to get sidetracked in life… especially if consistency doesn't come easily to you! If you've struggled with consistency, then you probably know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. You probably feel inconsistent in your work, your diet/exercise… your WHOLE. LIFE.
I struggled with consistency for YEARS, and when I finally learned how to be consistent, I realized just how easy it was. It's NOT hard! Are you ready to start creating consistency in your life?
Here's how you learn to be consistent:
The first thing to do is:
➢ YOU NEED TO LET GO OF GUILT.
You will never be able to create a consistent life if you’re constantly beating yourself up! It’s going to hold you back… and you'll be miserable the whole time. (And I don’t think misery leads to a good life!)
Second, you need to:
➢ FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU.
You just need to find a way that works FOR YOU. Not for your mother-in-law, or that instagram influencer who seems to have it all together. It’s time to stop comparing your consistency (or lack thereof!) with other people. Take the time you need to figure out what will work for you and your life.
Third, you need to:
➢ REDEFINE CONSISTENCY FOR YOURSELF.
This is honestly one of the best lessons I’ve ever learned about consistency. (I wrote about it here: Why it's Hard to Be Consistent. ) Friend, you can be consistent AND give grace for the natural ebb & flow of life. Consistency doesn’t look the same on every person.
And if you want to learn HOW to be consistent (in a way that works for YOU), I compiled everything I've learned into this Guide:
