IS EVERYTHING HANDMADE?
I design of ALL the products you'll find in the shop! I am very particular about the quality of everything that you order. I have a local screen printer that brings the shirt designs to life. Accessories or decor like prints, phone cases, tote bags, and books are made by a US-based business.
HOW WILL MY SHIRT FIT?
I use varying styles of shirts in my designing process, and do my best to explain the sizing in each product listing. It you're unsure, PLEASE don't hesitate to reach out to me and ask questions. I want to me sure that you're getting the garment that's the right fit for YOU! 😊 PLEASE CONTACT ME HERE!
HOW WILL MY SHIRT LAST/WEAR?
I really like clothes that last a long time & wear well, too! I do my best to find companies that have long-lasting, high quality materials that won't fall apart. I wear these shirts myself ALL THE TIME, and have worn some of them for over two years now!
The shirts and sweatshirts I use are also anti-pill, because it's a shame to buy a new hoodie only to have it pill after the first wash!
HOW WILL MY SHIRT FEEL?
I love soft, COMFY clothes! Because I think comfort should always come first, and I like to sell the SOFTEST shirts I can find. 😍 The garment materials are listed under each product, which makes it easy to see what your shirt is made of, and help you make a better decision!
WHAT IF I WANT A DIFFERENT COLOR/STYLE?
Please reach out to me! I can occasionally do custom colors or even put a design on a different shirt... so PLEASE CONTACT ME HERE.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING COSTS?
I use the United States Post Office as my main shipping carrier. Over the 7 years I've been in business, they've been very reliable! The shipping costs are completely up to the USPS! I do try to make sure you've not been over-charged by the shipping calculator, and if I've found it's inaccurate, you'll see a refund in your inbox!
WHY HASN'T MY ORDER ARRIVED?
Sometimes it takes a little longer for the post office, depending on holidays, or current events! If you're not in the U.S.A, shipping can take a WHILE, depending on where you are located. (Canada can be upwards of 2 weeks!)
DO OU ACCEPT RETURNS / REFUNDS?
Refund/return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin your return, I require a receipt AND a photo of the item purchase. Please e-mail a photo to Kate@chasingwonderment.com and explain the issue with your product.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS? (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
DO YOU DO EXCHANGES?
Absolutely! The exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping back to me, and I will cover the cost of shipping your exchanged item back to you.
