I hired a secretary! (Sorta… 😂)
I’ve gotta be honest — I’ve been living in brain-overload-land recently. You might understand this… it’s when your head is full of ideas, tasks, hopes, “shoulds,” and half-finished to-do lists — but absolutely none of them feel organized?
Yeah. That place. 😂
See, as I'm getting healthier, my brain & body feel like they are waking up! (I might share more about that later? Do you really care about all the nitty-gritty details of my health journey? 😆) And it’s GREAT — except for the chaos that is flooding my brain. 🥴
So, recently, I started experimenting with a new tool to help untangle the chaos in my brain… and I’ve gotta tell you: it’s been a total game-changer.
I’ve started using ChatGPT to help me organize my life. (And naturally, I named her Dot — because of course my AI assistant needs a cozy vintage secretary name. 😆)
Here’s what I’ve been doing:
When my brain is swirling, I open up a note and just dump everything into Dot — thoughts, tasks, ideas, random reminders… and she helps me sort it all out into a plan. What used to take me an hour (or longer!) now takes about 10 minutes — and I don’t have to burn all my brain-energy figuring it out alone.
✨ It’s kind of like having a super-organized bestie on-call to help me make sense of the chaos.
Now listen — I know AI isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. And no, it’s not perfect. But it’s a tool — and if it can help you find more ease, clarity, or breathing room in your life? I say: Give it a try & see what happens.
Because here’s the truth I’ve been reminding myself lately:
🌱 There’s nothing wrong with getting a little help, or using tools that bring clarity and calm to your life. It isn’t cheating — it’s wisdom.
So if your brain is feeling a little tangled today… maybe it’s time to try something different. Maybe you don’t have to do it all the hard way.
