How long does shipping take?

I ship in 7-10 business days, unless it’s a pre-order. No shipping on weekends or holidays!

Once your order is taken to USPS I am no longer responsible for shipping issues. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive an email confirmation, so please check that your shipping/billing address is correct!

What is the Return Policy?

Please mail back your item(s) to the return address on your package. Once I receive your item(s), your card will be refunded.

*No returns on sale items.

*Return items within 2 weeks with no damages. 

What about Exchanges?

You are free to do a size exchange if I have the size you need in-stock! Email me: Kate@chasingwonderment.com

TWC FAQ’s

When does The Wonderment Community open?

I teach goal-setting quarterly, so the community only open 4x a year. Hop on the mailing list to be notified when it opens next time!

How does the payment plan work?

You will pay for 3 months of group-coaching for me, and after that you’ll have full access to everything inside TWC — at not extra charge.

Can I cancel my membership?

I take coaching really seriously, and I want you to, as well! If you need to cancel your membership, I understand, but once you’re removed from the group you won’t be able to join TWC again.
